KOVM Monthly Photo Competition – Rules & Guidelines
1. Who Can Enter:
Open to all WPA members – from beginner to professional.
2. How to Enter:
Submit 1 original photo via the KOVM contest page by the 21st of each month.
3. Submission Guidelines:
Photos must be your own original work.
No watermarks, signatures, or borders.
Basic post-processing allowed; composites must be clearly noted.
Entries should reflect creativity, impact, and technical skill.
